Connecting Timely with Zapier is easy. Once you’ve connected Zapier to your Timely account, you’ll need to create ‘zaps’ from Zapier. A Zap is basically an instruction which tells Zapier what you want automated. Check out our help guide – How to connect Zapier with Timely.
Once set-up, when a new client books an appointment in Timely, their customer details are updated, triggering the ‘Zap’. The Zap automatically picks up the client details and sends them to your chosen location (often a CRM tool) that houses all your client data, including from the other apps you manage your business with.
